A wedding to remember.

Megan & Brad were married the last Saturday of July.  The wedding was simply incredible!  The attention to detail, and the production that went into the wedding reception was breath taking.

Nolte’s Bridal orchestrated much of the event.  Every detail of this event was magazine quality!

Trapp and Company did the flowers and decorations.  Landers Visions was involved with all the incredible lighting and accent lights.  The live band Atlantic Express really got the dance floor going.

Sarah Wallace with the Intercontinental couldn’t have done a better job.  The hotel was the perfect setting for the reception, especially for the out of town guests.  We have done many events at this hotel and it is always first rate.

Rajvee & Thomas

This was a unique event for Freeland Photography.  Rajvee & Thomas had a four day event that started Wednesday evening, and finished off for us on Saturday night.

The ceremony and reception were held at the Hyatt Regency, Kansas city.  Nita and I had alot of fun photographing this event.  Our photojournalist skills were a must at this event.  A three hour ceremony  started with the groom riding down the street on a horse.  There were many traditions and customs that were very different from our normal American weddings.

There were people attending this wedding from all over the world, including the grandparents of the bride that made their journey from India.

Congratulations Nathan & Jenilee

Mr. & Mrs. Green were married on Saturday June 28th.  They had a ceremony at the Midtown Baptist church, and the reception following.

The on location spots around town were alot of fun.  I love the shots our photographer Shonna McMilian took inside Starbucks!

Congratulations Aaron & Rachel

Our photographer John Rieger had a fun time capturing this event.  The wedding was held up in Farley, Missouri.  The reception was in the Northland at Staley Farms.  We have only done a few events here, but it seems to be a first class venue.

Mr. & Mrs. Smith

Terri & Barry were married in the the last weekend in June.  The wedding was held in the backyard of the groom’s parents.  The landscaping was beautiful, and all the hard work that went into this backyard wedding showed in every detail. I was especially found of the hollyhocks.

We have had a very mild summer, and this was another perfect weather day!

Busy June Weekend

As many of you have noticed, I took a small break from blogging.  We are almost caught up editing from the summer wedding season, and now am excited to start posting images and stories again.

The weekend of June 14th we had several events.  Here are some of my favorite images from these three weddings:
